I did a clean install (without preloaded data) of the JA-Nickel template. The JA_slideshow module seems to work perfectly in Firefox, but only shows the first image for IE 7 and IE 8. The rest of the images are blank as if they are not there. The description actually works too for the blank images in the IE browsers.

Why is this the case? Help please.

I think I may have solved this. I changed the Animation Type parameter in the slideshow module to “Moving”. Now it working for IE 7 and IE 8.

I have the same issue, it does fix it by changing it to fit to main image
