Right now its difficult to guess the issue and give solution to you. In this case, it would be great if you can include url of your site.

You need to do with my below suggestion

+ Open templates/ja_puresite/css/template.css file

Add new script below


#ja-slider .main {
width: 100% !important;
}


+ Open JA Slideshow module set config Main Item width and Main Item height are auto

Remember to clear cache from Admin area after changing
