Hi

I installed the template with quick start and sample data.
When I am in check out my shipping address is always

Nguyen Phuong

Hanoi, 084

For any registered user this is the shipping address displayed. How do I change this?
Please help

Try looking in Virtuemart —> Users —> See what the name and address is in that location.

Hi

This problem is strictly unique to Joomlart templates. The annoiying thing about this problem is that, it leads you on a wild goose chase at the back end of Joomla.

To resolve this problem you need to gain access to your database, you then locate and empty jos_vm_user_info table.

I just downloaded and installed the quickstart of JA Zeolite on my local test computer, I then took a screen shot of the data in jos_vm_user_info table. Check out the attached file.
