Hi,
I have problem replace the new logo I created. When I tried to delete the old logo, it said “Rename of logo-bellatrix.png failed because Permission denied “. but when I tried to change permission, it said a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive”
I must miss something here. but I dont’ know.

April 26, 2007 at 6:55 am #218951Are you doing this on your own server or a remote host?
Most likely this is due to permission or ownership of files/folders. Contact your host ( or make the necessary changes on your own ) You need to have the ownership set to your user and make sure the folder is writeable.
April 26, 2007 at 3:33 pm #218965Hi,
It’s on a remote host. I used to do the logo upload things, and there’s no problem at all. If I want to change folder permission on my own, what should I do? I right clicked on the file and chose change permission option. this is the only way I know.
