We have purchased the copyright removal package and verified the domain, but the JA Erio logo, the T3 Framework logo and this line:
All Rights Reserved. Designed by JoomlArt.com.
Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU General Public License.

are all still showing are still showing on the site?
We need to disable/hide all of them and put the clients logo in.

Hi Mike,

Please check out this documentation

and take a look at section for JA T3v2 Templates (because this JA Erio is built with JA T3v2 framework)

After changing, pls make sure that you clean JAT3 cache – a link in top right corner in back-end of your site.
