Please see attached screen shot what is causing this. when i gogle my site and the click on from google i get this at hte top of my page.

what is controlling this?

Please check your site in IE

Pleas try this code in tempalte.css file in your template folder templatesja_teline_ivcss


#ja-header .main {
height: 100px;
padding: 0;
}

With


#ja-header .main {
height: 150px;
padding: 0;
}


After doing this please clear your cache

Hi,

thanks for shouting back. Ok i have checked this in ie and still the same.

it only does this when i select the result from google that is for jomsocial tab on my site, i have never seen this before. is this to do with google, i have checked js settings and there is nothing there that suggest giving results like that.

have no idea.

Hello,

Go to this file templates/ja_teline_iv/css/template.css

Add this Code at the end of the template.css to hide this.


.isk-instructions {
display:none;
}

I don’t know why this appears. IF you Find please advice. But this css will hide this

hi chavan,

again thanks for your responses. Ok i found the problem it was a plugin (System – Isekeywords) i have no idea where this came from and who’s bunddled it in with a mod that i am using.

not good that i dont know. will update this once i know who the culprit is……

ok found who, its from contact enhanced module, it came with that.

at least i found it…..
