Good day,
I’m having some difficulty getting submenus to display under Megamenu. The submenu indicator (down arrow icon) is present next to the menu item, and hovering over the item results in the submenu indicator showing up below the mainmenu section, but the menu is not displayed (see image). Joomla 2.5.16Thank You
Matt
March 22, 2014 at 11:41 pm #527725Additional information – I installed the quickstart on the same server and have been comparing the two sites. As far as I can determine, I have correctly configured Megamenu on my custom site. When using Chrome’s developer tools, I see on the quickstart site that the li element containing the menu item changes class from “dropdown mega” to “dropdown mega open” on hover. I do not see this behavior on my custom site when hovering over a menu item with a submenu. It is almost as if Megamenu is not aware of the submenu. Have I missed a configuration step?
Thanks,
Mattchavan Friend

March 23, 2014 at 7:21 am #527737There are some javascript conflict, which occurred due to arisexylightboxlite plugin, this plugin has very old jquery version.
So, I have disabled this plugin to fix the issue.
If you enable this plugin again, the menu and other template related javascript functionality will not work.
So, now you need to upgrade this arisexylightboxlite plugin
