Hello!
After installing the upgrade for joomlart plugin ja-popup, a problem occured. The first image which uses the plugin is showing the pure code, while all the images are using the plugin correctly. This happens mainly when the plugin is used inside a tab of ja-tabs.

@amaliada: Please try steps below:

– Go to the JA Tabs module (Custom HTML) and add the line: ajax=false like these codes:

{jatabs type="modules" ajax=false animType="animNone" position="top" widthTabs="120" heightTabs="auto" width="100%" height="auto" mouseType="click" duration="1000" colors="10" module="ja-tabs2" }{/jatabs}

– Temporarily turn off the Optimize JS option in Template Manager >> JA_Teline_IV – Default

– Remember to clear JAT3 cache after updating changes.

Leo thank you for your prompt answer, i added ajax=false to the html source module which contains the tabs but the problem still occurs. I also disabled the optimy js option in the template and cleared the cache. Any other ideas???

@ amaliada,

Thanks for sending me the admin login. The issue was caused due to missing tag {/japopup} inside the popup content of your 2 Custom HTML modules. I just added the missing tag and the popup works fine now.

You can refer to the correct popup content format to replace the image and title info you want.
