Hi Everyone,
I am a little embarrassed by this post as I am sure the solution is probably very simple. I am trying to install the T3 framework for the first time and am having a problem even getting the basic install done.
After filling in the data in the DATABASE CONFIGURATION screen I am getting the following error message:
An error occurred while trying to create the database neilmark_T31.
The user may not have enough privileges to create a database. The required database may need to be created separately before you can install Joomla!.I am sure the database has been created properly via CPanel, and have not seen this error message before on previous standard joomla installs. As I am a complete newbie to T3 I am wondering if there is something fundamental that I need to do that is different to standard installs. I have checked all the server permissions and they seem ok.
Apologies if this is an obvious issue that has been raised before, I couldn’t find any other previous posts on this issue, so if anyone has any suggestions I would be really pleased to hear them.
many thanks
