I have tried so many times to install JA Fixel template using Quickstart on my live website and localhost.
Unfortunately, every time I install it, it comes empty! Nothing is there, no Joomshopping, no Shop, no nothing!

I have even tried to install the Joomshopping extension on it, BUT I got an error msg telling me that this extension already exists, BUT again I couldnt find it neither inside the extensions manager nor the components!!

I have followed all documentations an tutorials regarding “Quickstart” and installed it many times on different machines and live host, but the same always!

Did I miss any thing?

When you perform your quickstart installation – are you remembering to also install the sample data as part of the process?

If you did install the sample data during installation – then is the “nothing” you’re referring to the images that you find replaced by image placeholders?

Yes, I have installed the sample data.

My nothing refers to many things(the images, products, categories, SHOP menu, etc…), the most important is”Joomshopping” component, which is the only reason why I bought this template! I cannot find it the anywhere in the back-end and If i try to download it manually, it tells that this extension already exists!

Any help 🙂

I believe that the confusion may be that while JA Fixel supports the JoomShopping component, the component is not included with the template itself – similar to how the template supports EasyBlog, but does not actually include the EasyBlog component.
