Hi, i am just asking in purity iii, what to do to enable tooltips in content, modules etc, what script to include, where to place, i know the bootstrap 3 tooltip markup and how to add it to buttons but they just dont work, so need script enabled, or something included, could you help me telling me what to do, where to place.

I am asking in general since i can tell that by default the popover scripts are not enabled, or is there setting in backend, which would be good idea to include for tooltip, popover turn on and off, but as i said i do have problem with making popovers work.
