Ok, I know this is something answered before but I need a little bit more detailed.
As I said, what I want to add is a specific/my desired position.
From this thread and other threads:

I know how to add DECLARATION of this position and apply the module , but there are some questions with editing this:

My understanding is the above steps are only adding the position declarations, which means Joomla knows there is a postion called “newposition”. But:
HOW DO I PUT this position to my desired location as I specified in the attachment ?
How do I specify the “ Coordinate” of these new position?

I’ll appreciate your help! I’ve been trying to find a complete solution but no threads has the effective answer!
