Hello,

I absolutely need that the users of my web site could get the articles in pdf.

By default, in JA Teline III, the pdf/print/email button are hidden and there is the bookmark plugin instead (button “Share”). Among the applications available in the list of this plugin, there is “PDF online”. I tried that but first, the file is very long to download and, second, it’s not pretty at all (shows all elements of the page, like a snapshot).
I want on the pdf only the text of the article. So I tried the old way by selecting “show” the pdf/email/print button in the parameter of one of my articlee. Now the three icons appear on my page but none of them works. Nothing happened when I click on it.

If i select another template, my three buttons work perfectly so the problem comes from JA TELINE III.

Please help !

If you didn’t used quickstart file, but only the template file, it should not affect the PDF button. Still, it works OK on the demo site.

Setting to show/hide icon could be set from Article Manager’s parameters or overited by Menu item parameters.

See what is the link on PDF icon. Do you have at least a pop-up windwo opened after you click on it?
