I find that with PurityII template when a user clicks the “Forgotten my password” link, the subsequent token that is issued does not work ie it is not accepted when entered. The error code is:

Your password reset confirmation failed because the token was invalid..

Can anyone guide me with what might be causing this and how to fix it please?
