Hello,

Our bilingual (french and english) http://www.aalisg.org website uses the latest version of Joomla! (3.7.5) and JA University template. Yesterday we noticed that the english main menu of our website disappeared. We precise that before (but we do not knwo when this problem occurred) the multilingual system perfectly worked.

Can you please help us to solve this problem?

Hi,

Does this issue happen after you update / install something into your site? (or restore site from another site)

And also try to disable all 3rd party extensions on your site temporarily then see how it goes as the configuration for the multilingual site looks fine.

Hello and thank you for your reply,

I disabled AcyMailing : (auto)Subscribe during Joomla registration plugin and it seems to work fine now. How can a plugin affect other language main menu display and slideshow size (https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-slideshow-lite-module-is-oversized/)?

As Pankaj replied in that topic, it’s problem of AcyMailing and Joomla which caused the issue.
