    Hi there,

    Any ideas on why the 404 is calling the old company favicon.ico, every other page is correct and as far as I know, the old image it not even on the HTML Public files. Is this something that need to be adjusted on the server…?

    Please provide your site URL with 404 page and reproduce steps.
    You can also clear your web / browser cache.

    Hi there
    There is no favicon defined in your error page
    Check error file

    templatesja_techzoneerror.php
    And apply favicon define inside <head> tag

    <link href="/templates/ja_techzone/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/vnd.microsoft.icon">

    Clear all cache and check again.
