When I view the main drop down menu on my website in Fire Fox it looks perfectly fine however when I view the website in IE 8 the subnav of the menu is now transparent which makes the selections hard to read.

Someone please advise on how to fix this issue. Thanks.

If http://www.kisra.org is not responding please try http://97.74.29.185/kisra

This site takes about 11 to 17 seconds to load this is also a problem however I am currently looking to move it to a dedicated server to decrease load times
