Hello,

Is it possible to place module position Home-2 before content ?

But i still want that the position home 1 is before the home 2

To move down the feature block below ,
go to /tpls/blocks/feature.php file
cut the feature block and paste it below spotlight .

Rest you can change manage the size of module position from template options > Layout > Responsive layout
