I read this ” Important Instructions:
Check in your configuration in your site if there isn’t this line “var $absolute_path by ‘your absolute path’;” you have to add its there to run. I put this line var $absolute_path = /var/www/joomla, and now I can’t enter the site and get some error message. What did I do wrong ?
I would appriciate any help.

What does this mean “Check in configuration in your site if it does not have this line “var $absolute_path by ‘your absolute path’;” you have to add its there to run.” It is writen in the help manual.
Do I have to ad this to the configuration.php file ?
Thanks in advance for any help.
