Dear CS,

I have installed the following two files to my Joomla3.6.5 website:

• ja_biz.v1.1.6.zip
• plg_system_t3.v2.6.2.zip -> my testing site: http://mfy8.jm3ime.com -> the template works properly, but urgly, it seems that I need to do some set up

In addition, I find that the menu in mobile mode has no response, -> do I need to do something before it can works?

Can u provide me details of the problem , as I can the homepage looks fine and responsive too.
Do u mean you want to disable the responsive view ?

No!
I like the template to be responsive to mobile phone small screen!

I am talking about the problem of the top menu
-> when in mobile screen, the top menu will be changed into a single icon in the top right hand corner
-> when I touch that icon, the original top menu should be shown in its mobile view
but…
what I find is that it has no response and nothing happened
i.e. the menu icon in mobile mode is malfunction

I have installed only the T3-framework (plg_system_t3.v2.6.2.zip) and the ja_biz template (ja_biz.v1.1.6.zip), are these enough to make the mobile menu icon function properly?
-> if not, what else should I installed?
-> if yes, will the installation sequence makes the problem?
as I first install the ja_biz template first, then I found it does not works; then I install the T3-framework
-> If the installation sequence makes no problem, any ideas what’s wrong?

It’s the problem of installation sequence
-> must install T3-frameworks first and then ja_biz template,
otherwise ja_biz shall not operate properly

Pls. report this to template designer

I tried the same process and its working fine at my end.
I installed Fresh Joomla, then T3 plugin and then JA Biz template.
It is showing the Mega menu in mobiles: http://prntscr.com/dr8wvi
