Hi,

Make sure that you’re using latest version of JA Builder and check whether these files persists on your site folder or not, if yes, check the permission of this file/folder on your site, the recommended permission should be file-644 and folder-755.

Thank you for your support! I decided to do a fresh install, and it is working with the latest stable release, 1.0.1.
