hello,
i posted this issue on the joomla forums, and the only answer i got so far leads that it could be caused of the JT3 cache system.
and because this is part of the template, i decided to explain the situation here also, hoping for a fix.

I could not find the problem on your site see the screenshot

i changed template because i grew tired of that issue, plus i prefer mixmaz over anion.
