Hi,

My Menu is not properly working and my Ja Tabs is transparent. See attached image.

Could someone please help?

Also will the child items in my menu display on a tablet? I have read that they won’t on a mobile. If not which responsive templates will allow my sub menus to be displayed on tablet and mobile devices.

So that I can try to best assist you, please provide the url of the site you’re working on,
as well as set “Optimize CSS” to “No” within your Template Manager–General settings

Hi Tom,

Thanks it seems to have resolved itself now, perhaps I hadn’t cleared the cache.

I do however seem to be having other issues with JA tabs extension though.

Firstly it is not displaying the article content even when in the back end I have ‘show full article text’ selected.

Also when I reduce the size of the browser the tabs all overlap and then when reduceddown to mobile size it gets even worse! See 3 attached images.

My site is being locally hosted at the moment. Hoping to have it live today but if not is it possible to help without?
