Good Afternoon,
I’ve just installed the JA Mendozite template on my site and it looks like any changes that I make to the site doesn’t happen until I physically "Check In" and "Clear Cache" (Systems -> Check In -> Clear Cache)
In my "Global Configuration" , I have the Cache – OFF Caching Disabled
I’m not too sure if I am doing anything wrong or if I have the wrong setting.
Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you

Kindly open Plugin > System cache > Check it also disabled.
If not please disable it and check the site, Joomla will not cache after disable the cache.Hope it helps.

I checked the Plugin > System – Page Cache and it is already disabled.
Any other suggestions ?

I disabled the cache mode from template T3 options.
