    I have bought JATC Standard Membership via Paypal and I have a completed payment to JOOM Solutions Co., Ltd. However it is not active in my account of JoomlArt.

    Our system shows that your current JATC membership 3 months is fully activated. Please try to download templates again.

    If you still have problem when downloading our templates, kindly provide me with details of error (template name that you download, browser info) and if possible error screenshot, so that I can investigate further.
