Trying to customize masthead, but after a few click working on modules, Masthead is not showing!:((

The link is ok it is http://acuasuruguay.com and it is online.
At my first post i gave admin access.
The problem is that something is not working on the homepage, just on the homepage, on any other all works fine.
In example, menu item “Articulos” displays on hover, but on homepage doesnt work. And when you click on that item, submenu displays but if you click again, “Articulos” dissappear!
When you acces from a mobile, the menu does not appear clicking on the button, but just in homepage we have this problem, in the rest of the pages menu button works fine.
At the same time, modules on masthead position does not show in any pages, that’s why we cannot customize it, because we dont see anything in masthead position.
What we want is to put a header image under the top menu without any spaces between, and the menu functions (display on hover or displaying menu from button on small layout) working on homepage.
I will give you screenshots of what we want.

If your server limits the access IP address from my place, kindly add an exception for this IP range so that I can view your site.

Hello, thanks for your support, the problem was (I guess) that we unpublish the module on masthed position and delete it, masthead was empty and dessapear.
When we publish a new module assingning the background problem was solved.
We apoligize for this, we are learning.

But is it possible the show the masthead even when the menu is hidden (but still available through internal links)?

I’m not sure about your question here, could you clarify more details?
It does not show for hidden menu points, so would be a good idea for me to creat a Custom-html-Module with the same styling. But unfortunately I do not know how to do it! Wehre can I maybe copy the styling?

What you mean by hidden menu? You can provide the URL & Admin login info of your site and the page that the masthead doesn’t show. I will take a look.

But if see that one, which is actually on the same level (but hidden in the menu-area) you do not see the masthead despite it is filled out:
