Hi there

open templates/ja_seleni/css/template.css file, find following code section:

#ja-header .main {
height:100px;
}

h1.logo {
height:40px;
width:210px;
}


h1.logo a {
background: url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat left;
display: block;
height: 40px;
width: 210px;
}


and change the height and width to your idea.
