Can u please check the database table collation of your site , is it utf-8-general_ci
Also can u edit your first post and submit a temp super user details for JA Staff, At present the site is in offline mode and enable to check the font on your site .

Yes, I’ve checked table collation and it is utf-8-general_ci.

I’ve installed quickstart package and just started exploring it. This Forum has been very helpful so far but this is far beyond my knowledge so thank you for all the help you can offer.

Add below code custom.css file

.fixel-grid .category-item.items > article .page-header, .fixel-grid .category-item.items.none > article .page-header, .category-item > article .page-header {
    font-family: sans-serif;

}

save and check the page .
Path :/tempates/YOUR JA TEMPLATE/css/custom.css
If file is not present kindly create it .
