    no worries:

    live site: http://www.sonboniere.com.au
    see attached screen shot:

    to duplicate the error click on the following in the category menu > Weddings > Wedding Bombonieres and Favors > Shop Bombonieres & Favors By Theme

    Dear jasontaylor!

    to fix this issue #1: pls open the file: /includes/js/ThemePanel/theme.css and find code:

    .ThemePanelSubMenu
    {
    z-index: 0;
    position: absolute;
    visibility: hidden;
    display: block;
    overflow: hidden;

    border: 0;
    background-color: inherit;
    }

    and replace:

    .ThemePanelSubMenu
    {
    z-index: 100;
    position: absolute;
    visibility: hidden;
    display: block;
    overflow: hidden;

    border: 0;
    background-color: inherit;
    }

    Dear jasontaylor!

    to fix this issue 2:

    pls create the JSCookMenu folder (same level with index.php file) and then create the ThemePanel folder inside this.
    and next: you put the arrow.gif inside the ThemePanel folder

    Good luck
