How did they get K2 working with J!1.6 in the live demo?
What version of K2 was used?

What there bug issues, or known issues when installing this to a Joomla!1.6.5 build?

Sorry but you meant our Live demo? It does not use K2 as K2 hasn’t been released for j1.6 yet. Instead we just used normal joomla articles to build the blog.
