hello,

I just change the size of my JA Teline IV template and I’ve got this error message : JFolder::create: Could not create directory

I already had this problem at the begining of the year and i solved it reinstalling my web site (backing it and restoring without changes with Akeeba)

I don’t have ftp parameters into joomla 1.5.25 and never used it (I tried las time but it was the same). I don’t changed my folders permissions and I have the best hoster of france.

What could be the problem ?

I guess it must be a permission issue, if you can submit a ticket into our ticket system here provide me your admin account as well as the FTP Info i will have a further checking on it for you.
