Newbe here,
I have a site with a Ja-Rochea template. The user tools are not working on the home page in Joomla 1.5. It works on all the other pages with the same template assigned (default).
Any suggestions? Is there a setting to turn this feature on and off? Module setting?

And quite odd. The indicator shows that it is working, but the colors do not change. The text size does work, but not the colors.

Is there anyone listening? How about a solution like re-install this commercial template?
