when we try to uninstall JA Thumbnail plugin it tells it can not e removed.

is there a way to manually remove JA Thumbnail plugin and reinstall it.

I think is corrupted because is not longer listed and when we install new images to an article they do not get re sized automatically any more

it started happening after a migration to another server

Dear carlitos101,

Please provide your site login details, i would like to have a look. It may need to be removed from the database, if the files are missing from the plugins folder. Also are you using J 1.5.17 ?

Please follow the support guidelines >> to add the login info. However, in this case i would need the cpanel / phpmyadmin access to remove the Db entries for this plugin and then reinstall.

I would suggest you to add me to skype. Skype ID is attached in my profile.

Are you using J 1.5.17 ?
