It works fine on home page. No issues. If I am on any other page it behaves as follows when I have multiple images:

1. Load Page, First Image Appears
2. Time passes for display of first and second slide, but the slide never changes.
3. Slide flashes clear and reloads first slide and everything plays fine after that.

I can specify an array or play all slides in the directory and behavior is the same everywhere except for the home page. Does anybody else have this issue?

Hi,

I have discovered that the JA Slideshow does work on other pages as long as they are the top level menu. Sub menu pages don’t seem to work.

after more digging around, this seems to be a SEF URL issue.
Has anyone got a fix for this?

Hi, Am having the same problem.
It appears when activating “Search Engine Friendly URLs” in Joomla. If disabled then the problem stops. Tryed to replace the parametter “Images Folder URL” in mod_jaslideshow with an absolute address (http://www…) without success… Has anybody find a solution?

Hi,

Bennitos helped me sort this problem out by using sh404SEF instead of the standard Joomla SEF.

It would indicate that it is a development issue that the Joomlart guys need to address.
