Dear

I created my website using the nuevo template. All went well. However few days ago the slideshow disappeared from the homepage, this without any reason. And now I am not able to get it back on it.

What is the reason for this?

I have no idea why but the slideshow seems to be 1591px x 0px why might explain its invisibility 🙂

I am unsatisfied with this template. Now without changing anything at all, the portfolio items disappeared from the homepage as well. Now the portfolio is back but the slideshow like on the demo (Creativity in mind) is still not visible

Could I get a refund? I wish no longer using this template.

Hi
I Checked your site and i found the issue is from template style and from the configuration of the slideshow module.
I fixed the issue of template style layouts.
For the slideshow kindly open the slideshow module and add the items for the slideshow.
because the images were present so its not showing.
