I had delete it from the model manager by mistake and I tried to install it again
After installing the model I can’t find it
So I try to erase it from the files and I did
And when I install it again the same I can’t find it
What can I do?

You tried enabling your FTP User in the global configuration system settings?

yes

The problem is that I delete the files from the ftp

And I tried rollback and it didn’t work no files
