    Hello,

Today I’ve write my first post on http://www.news-plazza.com, and I’ve got this message error on frontpage.

Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /public_html/modules/mod_janews2/helper.php on line 158

The default articles that the website came up with, have no problem.

    What should I do?

I’ve reinstalled everything, and it seems to be ok.

You’ve got a permission problem that’s preventing Joomla from being able to create a folder on your server.
Set the permission for the mod_janews2 folder to 755 or 777 and see if that doesn’t solve your issue.

I have the same problem. I tried everything reading your forums. The Problem was not there until yesterday, before I changed my website password. Realising the image problem in imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open ‘/home/google/…. I also went ahead and changed the joomla Control FTP passwords. Did not work.
I went ahead and changed the file permissions using the ssh for entire directory and sub-directory /images to 777 permission. Can not resolve the issue. I have as well tried the 755 mod, doesn’t work.

Same thing happened on the other server for my client.
    Please HELP urgent.
You can check it on http://www.googletrafficguru.com

    Thank you
