I bought the JA Comment, but I am having trouble with the e-mails being sent, since the URL does not reflect the correct address.

Currently, I get something like:

http://www.msofficegurus.com.br/http://msofficegurus.com.br/artigos-excel/validac-o-de-dados-excel-2007.html#jacommentid:23

So, the first part of the URL is repeated, causing problems. Any ideas how I can solve this?

Further detail: the url is correct with the content plugin (in article) but not when the component is started by hwdVideoShare.

I don’t know what they did. I gave them the details of an admin user and they fixed it. Open a ticket with them.
