Not sure what happened, but the JA Bulletin module was working fine after activating it a few days ago on a development instance. Made a few other module changes today (copied the Latest News module for another location) and discovered shortly after that the JA Bulletin module was not working.

I removed the JA Bulletin modules I had set up, uninstalled JA Bulletin and enabled the module – getting the same exact error. This is the error:

1146 Table ‘signumg1_joo5696.az960_k2_categories’ doesn’t exist SQL=SELECT m.* FROM az960_k2_categories m WHERE trash = 0 AND m.published = ‘1’ ORDER BY parent, ordering

Problem fixed. Although K2 was not installed early on, and I’m certain I was able to configure JA Bulletin, it stopped working. After installing K2 JA Bulletin is now working.
