The 404 page does not seem to be formatted like the other pages on the template. The menu does function and the header and the "Topbar 1" module is not showing up.

Yes the 404 page displays correctly when the link to the 404 page or article is clicked on from the menu. But when you actually create a malformed URL like the following URL where I added "-22" at the end of the URL… http://caninfo1.securesites.net/directcreditconnection/index.php/explore/joomla-pages/404-page-22/ the page displays incorrectly.

As you can see by clicking on the malformed link the page is not being displayed correctly and the menu is not working.

There maybe confusion on this so that you mis-understood the idea of 404 page in this template. Below is my explanation:

• http://caninfo1.securesites.net/directcreditconnection/index.php/explore/joomla-pages/404-page : this is a JOomla article page, which shows how the 404 page looks like. When clicking on malformed link as above, it will be redirected to the page styled as blue page in this ‘404-page’

• You can see the same in our demo site: http://ja-rent.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/explore/joomla-pages/404-page-22

Hope this makes senses.
