A couple of days ago I made a legitimate thread requesting to know if I joined, would your template: JA Xenia, be ready for use, as a friend (already a member) had showed me there are many bugs with the template. And if it wasn’t ready for use on a site, then why release it?
THIS IS A PRE-SALES QUESTION.
I want to purchase your membership but I NEED to know this.
Instead of answering my questions, the thread was never answered and on top of that it was moved to an unknown location that I can’t access. And for what reason?
Did I raise some legitimate questions that you didn’t want other pre-sale visitors to see? Or is this action indicative of your customer service?
Now, I have three questions:
1. IF I buy will JA Xenia be ready to use on a site, and fully functional?
2. Do you always release and advertise templates that don’t function as they should?
3. I have notice support seems to be stretched here. What kind of support will I receive if I am a paying member of this community?
Please answer these questions and don’t move my thread again or delete, whatever you did.
