April 20, 2009 at 9:03 am #301955This is caused by the new IE 8 browser, that doens’t comply to normal css standards.
You can override this by adding a meta-tag emulating IE 7 in your template before the head-tagausturbaejarskoli Friend

I have also this problem using IE8. I am using the ja_kulanite template with the quickstart installation but my header is not showing in IE8. Could you please be more informative as to adding a meta tag in my template?
Please note I am not very technical so all help would be greatly appreciated!

http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/style-&-design/accessibility/7623/detailsits not a JA issue, all browsers need their own specific coding as there is no global compliancy between browsers.
