Hi,
It looks like images on grid view are quality-reduced while in full article view the quality is kept untouched. I need the quality to be best. I only have few articles now and i am not really worried regarding performance and load speed.
Thanks,
RaniAugust 22, 2013 at 6:04 pm #503180Ok i think i found out why this is happening. If you upload intro image exactly 300X300 then somehow the image quality is reduced. But if you upload intro image at a bigger size say 500X500 or 600X600 then the image will be rendered out in high quality.

Please make sure that you put the image into Images and links > Intro image parameter, not inside the content. We apply the same way for demo site 🙂

That is what i am doing and believe it or not. If the image size is exactly 300X300 the image is slightly blurred. Maybe this has to do with the fact that the grid size is actually 299X299 and not 300X300.
Probably re-sizing a 300×300 image to a 299X299 would cause the blurry effect which is a bug that has nothing to do with the template. I believe it is a general bug.
Possible Solutions:
upload image at size 299X299 instead of 300X300.
or
maybe any size bigger than 301X301 would be OK i assume.cheers,

August 29, 2013 at 8:45 am #503902Hi Saguaros,
I am developing offline. You can see this on your demo website. The images are blurred.
1. go to your demo website.
2. right click on any image on the grid.
3. open image in a new window.
4. see the difference.Saguaros Moderator
