IE8 is pushing down the tabs so they’re not alligned with the JA slideshow to the left. See live site here

The error message is:
“
Message: ‘this.descs[…].innerHTML’ is null or not an object

Any suggestions on how to fix will be greatly appreciated.

i could not find this issue in my IE8.
