Hi did u installed the 3rd party extension o site to add thd Open graph tags on site ?
Facebook use Open Graph tag to pick images .
Try this Open Graph Object Debugger from Facebook to know how they see your page.
I noticed a user solved tbis issue using a 3rd party extension here , you can use the same extension and check the url on FB debug tools for the extension adding the OG tag correctly or not.

My response to this is YES.
At this point I put two plugins to work:

• list text hereContent – Easy Open Graph
• list text herePhoca Open Graph Plugin (I think this directly does not work).
  Like at times it takes the metadata properly and not in others.
  I do not understand why you have these joomla failures.
  You can add some script or some code in the header or body to address this failure without resorting to third-party payment extensions?

I think its not issue of Joomla , because facebook use OG tag to pick the details ,it needs to implement on site .
For the custom scripts , i am afraid its custom work and need customization in files, you can hire a developer for this work .

I did not used these component , may be the free paid version have differences ,
I noticed a user solved this issue using a 3rd party extension here
Also Here another user solved the sharing issue with a 3rd party extension .
You should contact to the extension support team in case its not working .
