You need to install other languages on your website or install Joomlart extension Ja Multilingual

I intalled hi-IN_joomla_lang_full_3.3.6v1.zip pack. How can I make menu’s in hindi and use any of the editiors in the backend to type in hindi or copy/paste hindi text from any where directly into the editor and same is displayed on the frontend.

Also i found out that the MYSQL charset UTF-8 Unicode(utf8) is used. Yet when I copy paste hindi text it just show ony “????????????” and nothing else
