Hello

Where can I change the link in the social and social-footer. We can’t managed it like this tutorial ? http://tutorials.joomla.com/extensions/12-social-media-links

The link you posted is for 3rd party social share extension , In JA Biz this extension in not included .
We provided custom html links for the social account offered the AddThis social share .
Here in the documentation you can find the social module details .
1. Module Position: head-social
  
  Module Position: head-social-footer
Set the default editor to NONE from global configurations before editing the custom html module .
