I tried to use Apply button in Ja Community Plus template in your joomla site and I got the message Successfully saved data! If you can tell me what changes you did and apply button did not work, I can try to replicate the issue..

May 31, 2011 at 7:02 am #393784Are they the same ftp details? It seems that the details are not saving because the script has no write access to the temlates folder. Simply set permissions for those (probably chmod 755) and you should be able to save your settings again.

I am still not sure what you are seeing. When I opend Compmunity plus template fro template manager and clicked on Apply button I got Successfully saved data! for all 3 sites you have mentioned.
Can you tell me any specific change you want to do in one of the site, so that I can check it again?
