Hi Amit,

The reply time in tickets or forums is 24 hrs and neednot worry your ticket would be replied as it comes up in the queue. I have checked and confirm your renewal payment of $49. If you would have been able to use the coupon code it would have been $36.75. So the difference is just $12.25. Do you want me to refund that or should i add 2 more months to your membership instead of refund?

Please confirm, what would you prefer.

Thanks for the reply sir, I got a mail that amount will be refunded so I can use it for Diwali. I would not have bothered if $=Rs but you know how rupee is doing now. But Thanks a lot and sorry for the trouble.

Dear Sir,
They have returned the full amount to me when i just asked for the difference of 12.25$. Now the coupon also won’t work. So I have to pay the same amount. Is it to punish me for not being able to use the coupon effectively first time. Everything would have been smooth if the first transaction would have been successful. Now if I want to renew I have to pay in full. Please help.

Hello Amit,

I am sorry that we refunded you the full amount by accident.

If you have paypal account, you can pay us back 36.75$ directly to our Paypal account at paypal@joomlart.com and send me transaction details, your account for JATC 1 year will be activated then.

I have also replied back to you via ticket ID# IDS-652-96408
