hello m geting this fllowing errors on ez auto component page pls help

I see that the thread is marked as Solved. Can you please tell me if this issue is solved or not ? If it is solved , can you please post your solution here for others benefit ?
If it’s not solved, please provide your joomla admin details , FTP details & URL of error page at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/74681 , so that I can take a look .
